7% of what the customer pays for that job, taken automatically by Stripe at the moment of payment, so there are no bills to chase. Shown on every job before you accept it.
The 7% partner fee is set out in the partner terms, which you accept before anything is switched on. Stripe starts collecting it when partner payments go live, and partners are told before that happens. No monthly partner fee, no charge to join the list, and nothing on jobs you win yourself.

DeskAli is a booking platform. The customer books your business, and the agreement for the work is between you and them. We say that plainly to every customer before they pay.
- A DeskAli account. Jobs arrive in your DeskAli Enquiries with the customer's details.
- Your own Stripe account, connected in DeskAli, so customers pay you directly.
- A current licence wherever your trade needs one. Licensed trades (electrical, plumbing and gas, air conditioning, solar, building, roofing, waterproofing, demolition, asbestos, pest control) are not shown without a licence number.
- Public liability insurance for the work you take on. Every partner declares it.
- Turn up and do good work. Partners with repeated no-shows or complaints are removed.

Is the agent live now?
It is running now and anyone can add it to Claude. It has been submitted to Meta AI (Muse), which reviews every connector before listing it, and ChatGPT is next. We will not promise a date, a listing or a number of jobs.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join the list. When the agent launches, the partner fee is 7%, only on jobs it books for you, taken automatically by Stripe when the customer pays. Your own customers stay at 0% commission. The fee is in the partner terms you receive before you switch anything on.
Do I need to be a DeskAli customer?
Yes. Jobs arrive in DeskAli, with the customer, address and time, so there is nothing to retype. If you are not on DeskAli yet, join the list and we will help you set up.
Can I turn a job down?
Yes. You choose your trades, areas and whether your prices are shown, you confirm the time with each customer, and you can pass on any job.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay through Stripe straight into your own Stripe account, in your currency. DeskAli never holds your money. The 7% partner fee is split out by Stripe at the moment of payment.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong on a job?
Your business, the same as with any customer who calls you directly. You do the work, you set the terms, and refunds or disputes go through your Stripe account. DeskAli passes on complaints and removes partners who do not turn up.
